Body Confidence HQ™️ was born in 2019 and is now Longridge & The Ribble Valley’s Leading Personal Training Facility.
I’m the owner and Head Coach, Liam. I’ve completed over 25,000 gym floor hours in the last 7 years, helping thousands of individuals to torch tens of thousands of lbs, whilst teaching them how to gain control and build habits to live life on their terms.
We have built incredible relationships over the last 4 Years in Grimsargh, Longridge, Preston and the rest of The Ribble Valley, and are committed to continuing to do so for years to come.
